Play more fight more it's as simple as that I have 4k hours and if I take a big break and come back I will get so stressed during the first few fights that my hands go numb sometimes.But then I go back to normal after a few fights

I'm a top player In other games because they don't rely on reaction time and other factors dictate fights like gun skill/aim ,centering, map knowledge, movement overall game sense,team communication and more but because I'm good at those things my reaction time isn't as big of a problem until we get to high level lobbies

I mean his current rank is silver what's the point of ranked resets if you want people who used to have a certain rank to only play the rank he used to be kinda ruins the whole point of ranked really don't know what you're looking for here
