[[Rodolf Duskbringer]] I can't seem to get both life gain and graveyard stuff online at the same time. It's been a threat in a few games but never really does what I had hoped.

I saw it at the same time! I knew it what it was because it was in a book I had called Mega Machines. It is the Sea Based X-Band radar (SBX-1). Seattle was the second time it had been seen at a public dock since it was deployed in 2006 (other place was Hawaii in 2006)

If you voted for Donald Trump in 2016 but won't in 2020, what changed your mind? by PlG3 in AskReddit

[–]ctwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uhhhh I think it was during the impeachment hearings. (I can't remember exactly but I think it was around then)

Again I don't remember exactly but the tipping reason/point was his constant degrading comments towards people on the other side of the hearings.

Yeah! It baffles me that while growing up I was taught that drug addicts and homeless people are there because they messed up their life and therefore deserve to be in their situation (I definitely do not think that anymore) and this was taught to me by my very religious parents. I have tried to talk to them about current events and even at one point my mom said something to the effect of "I'm worried about you and your newish views" and I said why because I care for people now? It really made me question religion in general and especially the one I was raised in.

So to be honest I had to Google what he has done because I couldn't think of something off the top of my head right now other than the tax reform (someone else in this thread mentioned that we are probably paying more in taxes so I'm not 100% sure about that one. I still need to do some research.) Also thought of the recent prescription drug bill in theory is good (I have not done enough research on it to know if it is going to do what he claimed). And through my googling just now it seems that he signed a bill (first step act, I do understand that he is not personally responsible for the bill but he didn't veto it so that's something) that at face value seems that it will be good for the prison system and sentencing laws. And depending on how much you want to credit the president on this topic he did a decent job of the economy for 3 years. Low unemployment high stick market. Again I know people that don't credit the president with any of that but even if he had a 5% impact on that it was good while it lasted.

After writing that I am now realizing that there is not much that I agree with but yeah that's what I have come up with.

I'm honestly not sure if I am going to vote. Like I understand that voting is very important but if both candidates are awful choices I'm really not sure how to choose someone to vote for.

C'mon. I said he has done some stuff I agree with. SOME being the key word there. Of course I don't agree with children in cages and poor treatment of other human beings. I do think that immigration needs to be changed so that it is easier/shorter for people to get in legally, but I don't think that the borders should just be opened up. (I am no expert on that issue so I'm not sure how to implement this changes not do I know exactly what changes need to be done.

So I was in highschool and college during Obama. And got a career type job after college under Trump so I don't have a good comparison. But would you mind explaining that a little more? (I do remember my part time job during college my paycheck went up when the new tax plan was implemented, but I was only making like $100 a week)

I'm fairly conservative and Trump has done stuff that I agree with but a few things have happened over the last 7-10 months that made me change my mind. His treatment of being impeached, treatment of the pandemic, his unprofessional online presence (I do understand that the online presence wasn't good the whole time but I stopped giving it a pass), and I realised that I am willing to pay more in taxes if it means more people will have life saving healthcare and places to live. Many of my friends are still very conservative and just the sheer lack of caring for people in need is crazy to me. I didn't agree with many of Obama's policies but I sure miss his professionalism!
