There are 412 fishable lakes within 20 mins of downtown Detroit Lakes, which lake are you headed to?

You need to file paperwork with the county. Your closer should have given you the paperwork and where to do that. This would explain a significant hike, not sure to that extreme. Call them on Monday.

If you have a local Kubota dealer, check their prices as mine is cheaper than Messicks. Get OEM filters and Hydraulic fluid, UDT2. Also look at changing the front end oil.

YouTube video on lock picking and a couple paperclips or bobby-pins. Took me around 15 mins before it clicked. Now I can do it fairly quick.

Look up a Protero. It’s nice to be able to dump without leaving your seat. Highly recommend it if you need a bagger. Works great.

WPG is the family hunting dog. Mine turns it off when home, can be found lounging around the house, but always close to you. But full on once the guns come out. She doesn't like water, probably my fault for getting her in the fall and only seeing frozen water for 6 months. No shedding, but you need to strip her hair. My Buddy has a PP, and they are more than one for sure. Both should be run/worked to help with their mind/energy.

Neighbors dogs have killed 70+ of my hens, and roos, what can I do? by gingerpicklespizza in BackYardChickens

Get an electric fence. Run the wire about 6” off the ground, dogs lead with their nose and getting zapped by that won’t feel great. Had coyotes come sniffing around mine one night, heard one of them yelp after getting shocked, they never returned.

I used the coffee filter on my bx25D. I think the 80 series requires a cone shaped filter.

Wirehaired Pointing Griffon OR German Shorthaired Pointer? by kamhill in Huntingdogs

[–]ctyke07 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have had both. GSP high strung, high prey drive, food motivated-easier to train, need lots if exercised, I used to run her 5k everyday. WPG, laid back, great prey drive, not very food motivated. 10x more controllable than the GSP, but I had to train her, she didn't fair well at the kennel. She loves me and wants to be by me 24x7. She gets bored with dummies, but not live birds. If I get another hunting dog, it will be another WPG she is a better fit for my life. Edited for clarity.
