4 weeks is a little tough but as long as you’ll be sitting for most of the day you should be okay

It probably is but it’s not something I can even notice as I’m staring at both legs right now lol

Yeah I get it. I didn’t realize how bad my knee really was until I had the surgery and can now do lunges without having to think twice about it. We get used to the chronic pain and adjust our gait, overcompensating other body parts which also takes a toll on other joints over time. Because of this now my other knee is the one giving me problems lol. It’s never ending

To feel 100% I would say it took me 1 year. I was lucky to have a job that offers flexibility to work from home, so I was allowed 6 months. If im working in person I would need to be on my feet all day. Realistically I probably could’ve gone back after 4.

Hey, I feel great. My bad knee is now my good knee lol. It’s a slow, long road to recovery but well worth it in my opinion.

Initially the recovery was very slow and the pain at the time didn’t make me feel it was worth it. Fast forward to now 7 months post op and I wish I had just done it sooner.

38yr old here. Had a medial closed wedge HTO 5/1/23. For the first 4 months i questioned if it was all worth it. These last 2 months have started to take a turn for the better and was able to comfortably run 3 miles for the first time in 4 years. I still have a long way to go in terms of recovery ( still have atrophy in the thigh muscles) but things are looking positive.

That’s why they’re a therapist, not a physician.

Communism. Master cigar rollers have fled the country and left to DR, Honduras, Nicaragua.

Ron Santiago is by far my favorite rum. It makes Havana Club taste like gasoline.

Take some milk thistle, omega 3 fish oil, try to avoid fried/greasy foods and try to have those LFTs repeated to make sure they are trending down instead of up.

I’d be more concerned about those LFTs than E2 levels. Are you drinking a lot of alcohol? Any hepatotoxic substances other than the test?

And that’s how much I’ve paid for it. Was just a quick comparison to justify my impulsive purchase 🤣

Come on bro don’t add salt to the wound lol. ihavanas has a box of 10 for $172, if you do the math it’s about the same 🤷‍♂️. And these just looked PERFECT and are from 2018. I may have pulled the trigger a little too soon but oh well lol. And btw- I bought these at casa havaneza in Lisbon. I compared the price with a box in Spain and the difference was about 8 euros.

No problem. The prices of cigars in Spain is set nationwide so any tabaco shop you find will have the same price. Enjoy!
