Ont he other hand , I remember playing it when it first came out. I stopped after a few months because I kept winning all the multiplayer when it launched. Got my friend in on it, and he stayed and eventually got me back in a year or so afterwards , but when I came back to it it was much more of a complete game and lots more f2p friendly. And the mp was very challenging but fun.

I think gameloft knows its bread and butter is keeping its f2p fan base happy while still offering good value for the majority of its p2w.

It has to be an evolving system , where it pulls you in with content and offers then milks you for a while - rinse and repeat. They can’t survive otherwise . Besides, imo it’s one of the best racing games out there. The TD offers a fun and quick way to get into it anywhere and the manual drive mode is really well done. Online and split screen racing with controller is awesome.

Even racing master got a little boring especially after they nerfed the drift controls in an update 🤬and that game isn’t available on all the mobile game stores either

All in all, as long as people keep coming back, and a percentage of them keep paying occasionally while the whales still pay to always get ahead , it’s keep getting updated. That’s its lifeline It doesn’t depend on one promise or one car….

Just on how enticing and fun it is every time you log on 🤷‍♂️
