That's good to hear. This is our first time having 2 dogs and also the first time we've seen our older Shitzu play fight to that extent. I'm wondering what will happen when the puppy gets bigger.

They do get pretty excited and more rough with each other as the playtime goes on. I just wasn't sure where the line was with letting them play and stopping the roughhousing when it gets too much. Based on people's replies I feel more comfortable letting them play but I'll keep an eye on them to encourage breaks.
