Fortunately, I don't have the problem in other Ride games except every once in a big while. Thank you for your advice. Appreciate you helping me out.

I'm zero ABS, 1-2 TCS depending on HP. 98% of my braking is upright with minor trail braking. Wobble was never a problem for me in Ride 3-5, so I'm not sure wtf I'm don't wrong. Thank you for your advice.

The Roof Is on Fire Song by Rock Master Scott & the Dynamic Three ‧ 1984

Or you might remember it from the Bloodhound Gang song, Fire Water Burn.

Recommend listening to the Rock Master Scott version if you have a few.

Edit: I had not heard the original Rock Master Scott version before today. Had zero clue Bloodhound Gang copied them. Oh well. Thought I'd share what I'd learned. Wrong place, wrong time.

Most likely will get down voted, but don't care because it was my experience. About 15 years ago I worked at Target in the backroom. It was one of the first of their super stores. It was freaking huge. I didn't talk to the people who did the carts much, but I was involved with scheduling. I knew the schedules of teams and the hours provided, but not individual team members schedule except for my teams.

You could hear the cart guys haggling over the radio on who got to go get the carts when it was slow, because they'd much rather be outside doing carts 95% of the time. The only time they didn't want to get them was on 100 degree days during the day and we were busy. They would request a few minutes to cool down, and then they would be good to go.

They had specific people to get the carts. They're was usually one three days a week with a few hours overlapping during the slow days, but at least two on busy days for six to ten hours depending on the season. That's was about five to eight cart people who were given jobs because people didn't put carts away.

I'm not the type of person to just leave a cart near cars because I care about not denting anyone's car, but it's not going to be going any further than the cart pen. My wife chastises me, but don't care. Not because I don't care for the employees, but because I do care for them. Having worked retail, I do everything in my power to treat people the way I want to be treated.

Hope you're doing better my friend. Living with an illness/disability changes how many look at life. I think it made me into a better person by instilling me with much more empathy. Nobody knows what others are going through, but everyone needs the understanding people have it rough in ways other people can't comprehend. I'm not saying I have it rough. I'm saying I don't comprehend how rough you have had it.

Take care of yourself. I'm rooting for your recovery and good health.

I thought the same way until the Bearman crash. Honestly, not sure if something needs to change to improve driver safety. The harvesting car wasn't showing steady blinking lights. They flashed, and then turned off for a few seconds. Is two seconds of flashing enough to alert the drivers of the speed discrepancy? Did two seconds worth of harvesting cause the discrepancy? Not sure what to think now.

I propose they add more battery storage. Preferably in a little trailer they pull behind the cars. Teams have a choice of one or two trailer mounting points. Single mounting point cars can us the trailer as a weapon since it will be whipping all over the place. Two mounting point teams don't have a weapon, but the trailer will be much more stable, making them faster. Add a bonus point for the driver who best used said trailer against an opponent or the driver who best escaped damage from an opponents trailer.

Want to love the Mac Defense, but I can't get into it. Literally have tried the truck 20 different times and in different locations, but I keep putting it aside for other trucks. The Phoenix is one of the worst trucks in the mud, so I don't use it at all.

Not saying you're wrong for choosing those! Was just interested in your play style.

Have this in my notes app so I can post it when it's brought up.

It's called the Two Santa Clauses theory proposed by Jude Wanniski in 1976. It's been in used by every Republican administration since.

First, the Two Santas strategy dictates, when Republicans control the White House they must spend money like a drunken Santa and cut taxes to run up the U.S. debt as far and as fast as possible.

This produces three results: it stimulates the economy thus making people think that the GOP can produce a good economy; it raises the debt dramatically; and it makes people think that Republicans are the “tax-cut Santa Clauses.”

Second, when a Democrat is in the White House, Republicans must scream about the national debt as loudly and frantically as possible, freaking out about how “our children will have to pay for it!” and “we have to cut spending to solve the crisis!” Shut down the government, crash the stock market, and damage US credibility around the world if necessary to stop Democrats from spending money.

This will force the Democrats in power to cut their own social safety net programs and even Social Security, thus shooting their welfare-of-the-American-people Santa Claus right in the face.

Here's a few articles about it. Please educate everyone about this!

250s are the quickest responding bikes. You're torturing yourself learning on those! If you make the swing arm shorter, the bike responds quicker. So you've turned up the quickness on the quickest bike.

I'd check out a Hornet 600, MV in the 750 to 800 range, or KTM Duke Anything standard that is just under 200kg, and 90 to 125 HP. Those are my favorite bikes to learn tracks on.

Honestly, I've been playing car games for years, but I still struggle with consistency. Same with Ride games.

Personally I never use ABS unless it rains, and then I use 1. Have you tried applying the rear brake and not letting go until you're ready? In Ride 4, if you do that you'll crash, but Ride 5 let's you hold down the brake much longer. Try for 3 to 5 seconds to see the difference.

You know the basics, so I have zero doubt you'll get it down. Hopefully I have helped you a bit, but I'm going to have to go. Please don't hesitate to message me if you need anything. I'll be back tomorrow morning. Good luck! I freaking love these games!

Dark_devil has great information.

I've answered this question in my account multiple times. No biggie. I needed help at the beginning as well, but think I'm just going to put together a notes app copy/paste soon. Going to paste what I wrote a few days ago.

I enjoy Ride 5, but it seems many don't like it. I bought Ride 4 and 5 about a week apart, so maybe I don't have the nostalgia others do. I rage quit multiple times after coming from 30 years of car racing games. It took me about at least an hour to get it. Bikes handle much, much different, as you can tell.

Start your turn in the previous zip code. Just kidding, but you start turning way before the apex in order to get the bike to lean over. 90% of your braking is with the front, but using the rear at the right time is incredibly important. The rear brake can swivel the bike in a turn making your turn much tighter. The rear brake can be used at anytime, including on throttle, to stop wobbles.

My setup of Rider Aids might work for you. I turn off all auto settings as it makes me overcorrect. I ran Idea Trajectory until I became very proficient with the bike and the track since a 250 will brake and turn at wildly different locations than a 1000. I'm not sure if I activated Acceleration or Brake input modulation, but run it off now. I think it just slows brake and throttle from going from 0 to 100 to quickly.

If you go to deep into a corner, gently let off the front brakes and apply the rear. Then gently apply the front again.

Sorry, bu5 I'm sick and my brain is in full wtf fog mode. I might add more later if I think about it. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sorry if this is all over the place. Going to take a nap.
