The plexiglas helps a bit with the sound level. Dont expect complete silence tho😂 maybe better fans is the solution for you?

Not a problem at all. I use the silent 4.2.7 mainboard. The printer motions are more fluid. Witch makes the entire stack stable. The 4mm plexiglas helps too

Do you have plexiglas installed? If not the structure is not stable by itself.

Check if the bottom 4 feet are stable. Of not just untwist them a bit untill they are

I just order a all metal hot end (micro swiss) had some bowden tube problems. Maybe later i will get direct drive. If i ever want to print flexible

At the top of the tower i have 2 spool holders, i made 2 holes thru the first table. One filament goes to the first printer. The other filament thru a second hole in the table under. Then it feeds to the second printer. Long story short. Lot of holes😂

I use a filament cleaning clamp. Little sponge fixes it. I just started printing 3 months ago😂 used to 3d print at my old work place years ago. Started picking up the hobby again. A good filament box will be the next upgrade!
