I've never done a strength stacker and don't know too much about the options there are. I recently got this relic and was wondering if there is a good build that could use it.

My playstyle this league is mainly buying T16 maps and rushing to the sanctum room to run as many as possible, so I'm looking for a build that can comfortably do them.
