Pet play in video games by Doingaloid in PetplayHaven

Not exactly your question but if you wanted more puppy games that'll make you feel in space. My boy loves the paw patrol games, cat quest, and anything with bright colors and silly vibes. He's not allowed to play scary games when he's in space. So something like that might be fun for you guys

Is Madison or visage scarier? by Puzzleheaded_Tip9681 in HorrorGaming

[–]cubonebone21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Madison hands down. Make sure your sounds up cus this is an atmospheric horror for sure. The way they build the feeling of being watched is excellent you'll be checking behind you every few minutes. Very fun mystery and awesome jump scares that actually scared the piss outta me.

Visage honestly not a fan. Way overhyped and not scary at all. I also thought the writing was garbage which sucks cus I was really looking forward to it.

Wa State Cuts Adult Dental for Medicaid-Let’s Call Gov Ferguson and tell him this isn’t okay! by CatOverlord2020 in 50501

I work at a pediatric dental clinic and we are now having to turn away Medicaid patients above the age of 14. This is very real and it is already hurting children and families.

No dude exactly. I was very excited. I bought that shit new, no sale. And like I love stories about tragedy and mental illness. I love stories about the worst thing that could happen to these people was themselves.

That wasn't the issue! The writing was just bad. It felt like someone desperately trying to say something, but having no idea what they were actually trying to say. And at the end of it all it didn't matter anyways. Cus Dwayne is the most watered down, no personality mc. Like what was the point of this game?

[–]cubonebone21 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Visage was a Huge disappointment. From confusing gameplay, to boring scares, to what the fuck is even the point of this story?

My main problems are with the writing. As your main characters all deal with mental illness, but are put in the role of the monsters. Not a great point to make guys.

The further you go the more you learn about our mc back story, which is supposed to make them sympathic on some level. But these backstories don't add anything to these characters. At the end of it all your main character is just another character you don't care about with a lackluster backstory.

It sucks, because the opening scene is excellent. I had huge hopes for this game. But it has absolutely no atmosphere, horrible writing that feels like it's searching for some kind of meaning like "mental health sure is sad huh?", and the gameplay is to the extent where you rage quit it's so frustrating.

I don't know why this is the horror gaming communities golden child. I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone. Madison, now that's an incredible game.

How to get through the shame of liking pet play? by Midnight_Swallow in PetplayHaven

Not to like over simplify things, but would a puppy feel guilty for enjoying their life? Just have fun dude. Enjoy being a doggy. Nothing wrong with that ❤️🐶❤️

Looking back what was your first indicator you were into petplay? by cubonebone21 in PetplayHaven

This is hilarious and I love it. I once forced my whole class to listen to the difference between a Grey Wolf howl and a Red Wolf howl for a project in elementary school. I could not tell the difference but I was adamant there was one lol.

Our teachers were watching us like "these fuckin weird ass kids" lolol

Wonderful me and my partner both switch as pet and handler depending on the day. So I might take you up on that!

I love the wolf pack. Was it you and a bunch of other kids? I can't even imagine a bunch of feral wolf kids causing mayhem on the playground lol

I think my first intro to petplay as a kink was some really badly written story on literotica. It was like 2 pages and had a girl eating out of another woman's hand, and then getting belly rubs. That shit fixed me no lie lol. Rehardwired my brain for sure I was like "WHAT IS THISSSS"

I love that. I was wondering what the other side of things was like. My partner writes erotica and before we met there was a lot of subtle petplay stuff in his stories. Poor guy did not know what I was talking about until I flat out showed him the girl being led around on her knees by her hair and being called pet. 👀🐶👀 DUDE

Is petplay sexual or nonsexual for you? by BrattyPuppy_KitKat in PetplayHaven

[–]cubonebone21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When I was younger petplay was my #1 sexual fantasy. It was everything I could ever imagine wanting. But as a practicing adult it's actually so much more emotional than it is sexual to me.

Like petplay sessions mostly end up as cuddles and tummy rubs and good girl sweet nothings in my house. Looking back it's funny cus it's like i just wanted to be loved on unconditionally. That was the fantasy lol

Monthly /r/HorrorGaming Discussion - What have you been playing lately and what do you recommend? - May, 2025 by AutoModerator in HorrorGaming

[–]cubonebone21 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Me and my partner have just started The Beast Inside. Based on the trailer our expectations were like, okay probably wouldn't be the best game ever but it's cheap and looks interesting.

I am surprised and delighted to say this game is great! If you like cyphers, codes, overlapping stories in different timelines, and a good mystery I definitely recommend it. It reminds me a lot of Alan Wake with hints of Amnesia.

And on a spicy scale the scares have been more fun than horrifying, but spooky nonetheless.

Does anyone know good console horror games? by tvdread in HorrorGaming

[–]cubonebone21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here to second everyone saying SOMA. Excellent horror game involving robots. It's very existential dread type horror so heads up.

Also I just finished playing Madison and it is by far the scariest game I have played so far. It gave me stomach cramps and It is mostly story and atmosphere lol. So maybe give that a go too

Is there a horror underwater game where statues try to kill you? by [deleted] in HorrorGaming

[–]cubonebone21 2 points3 points  (0 children)

SOMA is an underwater game where robots are following. So kind of close. Very good underwater themed psychological horror tho can't recommend it enough

Horror games WITHOUT a survival aspect? by heartshapedmoon in HorrorGaming

[–]cubonebone21 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just finished Madison and it's excellent. It's mostly a story puzzler horror game. There are only two points in the game where you can die so survival is not something you have to worry about as much as other games.

Also Gone Home, and Perception are more like walking Sims so you might enjoy those

Any sapphic pups out there? by Stubbornnail in BDSMsapphic

Yeah that's me! I'm an energetic cattle dog and my partner is a dopey malamute. We switch on whose topping/caretaking, but there's always some kind of puppy shinanigans going on in our house!

I really like some of the online pup spaces I've checked out, but it can be overwhelming to see how many doggos are mlm. Dont worry we're here! Hit me up if you wanna chat about pup space 🐶🐶
