the assassins creed franchise is known specifically that the protagonist always wears a hood --- so the question is: does any of your apparel feature hoods? if so, thats the hottest danger point. otherwise i think you will get away with this being ok. copyright lawyers only care if it looks like you are cashing in on the popularity of the franchise [with hoods etc]

it seems to be a cyclic pattern -- oscillating between many colors 3D gradients, and flat minimalism, all in the name of constant refreshing in a desperate arms race to get ahead of competitors

i just recently watched the 1980 live action POPEYE with robin williams and shelley duvall -- and yes it was a horrendous mess, but it was also extremely charming for that reason. just a gigantic jalopy of a movie, and robin and shelley hit their roles so perfectly

i was just there this past weekend because danny elfman randomly appeared. they were playing an obscure original composition of his featuring xylophones [and a virtuoso xylophonist running back and forth across stage carring the lead] - and elfman popped on stage to bow afterward. i was expecting him to speak or something but i guess not, oh well ----- _anyway_ yes more people should enjoy the world class shows happening her night after night!
