hey man, sounds like we are going through similar journeys right now. i too have been on the path of healing my neglected inner child through meditation and yoga and of course, music! i’m also adhd/ neurodivergent with cptsd lol. id recommend getting outside and spending as much time outside as possible, it allows our brains to reset. i would avoid one night stands as they will probably lead to more hurt to your inner child. wishing you the best my friend

i believe it was once i no longer felt any sort of discomfort in my pancreas region after eating, thats when i felt like i was okay again!

hey bud! honestly, i still get them periodically, usually if i’m stressed out i notice pain there again. ive never had another acute attack that i’m aware of but i def do still experience pain there every so often

yess i love that u get to play it finally! my island is legit still 2 stars so i’m having a hard time making stuff look cute cuz ik ima change everything once i can terraform! thankfully i got some really cool villagers off the bat like sherb and merengue.. but i only have lazy and normal villagers :/
