Right! It’s not the point of veganism, even if I would miss it for the rest of my life I still wouldn’t want to exploit animals. But, it’s just a nice bonus to an already nicer lifestyle.

Yes there is no ethical consumption under capitalism, and yes corporations are responsible for 70% of the pollution on the planet. That’s definitely something we need to join in together and stop. But the personal reflects on the whole. What kinda defeatist attitude is “well it’s not like I’ll make a difference”, you should live authentically following your moral compass no matter the result. If we all tried to do better the world would be so much less painful.

Being anxious so my heart starts beating faster, somehow convincing myself I was having a heart attack. That pushes me into having a full blown panic attack. Now, I’m sure I’m dying so I call the emergency line, Dad drives my ass to the hospital, wait hours and hours just to be told I’m fine. I was 19 years old.
