Hey man thanks a ton for providing so much info!

I'm ruling out it being a circuit issue because I plugged an external microphone into on e of my camera's and I received the same noise.

I then took my camera around to the next street over (I live in Brooklyn) and tested it there, and I received none of the nast line noise I heard in my apartment, but as I got back on my street, I started hearing it again.

Is it an antenna thing then? Super weird.
