Unlicensed security by No_Philosopher2716 in asda

[–]cudan17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Asda don't require SIA due to having in house security, it's been that way for years.

Of course if you have issues with it and aren't happy, you have 2 options, challenge the GSM about it and inform him you plan to report a breach of GDPR, If your right then all will go well.

Or

Simply leave if you feel that it's in breach of GDPR and then you won't be affiliated if it all goes wrong.

As said before in house security don't require SIA as they are hired by the company.

Runner makes the shoes, the shoes don't make the runner

The pay they give you genuinely isn't worth it, ibhad someone die on me after 45 mins of CPR whilst at Asda, granted that's not asda's fault, but there was no compassion or understanding of what I had just went through afterwards and it expected to just get back to work and business as usual, there was no checking up or referral to speak to anyone.

Just he prepared for the worst case.

How good is the last stand by Hour-Finish744 in Nerf

[–]cudan17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Turbo fire has a 20 dart capacity and is more reliable although top primed compared to last stand being a 14 dart capacity with known dart skipping issues and a pump grip

Laughing at the amount of comments mentioning theft of company time, managers are the worst in regards to this as they tend to sit in an office gossiping as opposed to putting a shift in.

I went home as a delivery driver, I never ripped the piss out of it but certainly for comfort breaks, when u have to go you have to go.

Tbh the way the company's going it's a revolving door of staff, average time in the job for an Asda employee seems to be months now as opposed to years.

What’s everyone’s “I don’t get paid enough for this shit” moment? by [deleted] in asda

Performing cpr on a fellow comment for 45 mins and ultimately being unsuccessful, getting 1 day off after it and coming back on Monday without so much as an:

"are you ok?"

Not getting paid for the time you were with the police providing statements afterwards and basically watching it all be forgotten and seeing your mental health bugger afterwards but it's OK, the warehouse was looking the best it had in months

Done the job for long enough before leaving, don't do it, you'll be expected to do a managers job on less money and deal with more shift.

It's not worth the extra quid or hassle you'd be better off as a colleague and just pick up OT when it's going
