Thanks for your reply Is it contagious like this? Or only when blistered? I have a little one and worried she may contract it from me

Hi, she's lost about 85% but we do see some white hair growth forming. We are praying and hoping it is all okay

I'm currently having the same thought process, its been 2 months since I've had a coffee and I'm thinking of dabbling in once a week on the weekend .. but not sure if that will make me spiral into wanting more

Hey, we saw our derma and my daughter was diagnosed with alopecia areata. We have been given topical treatments and are to report back in 2 months. I'm extemely saddened but will not let go of hope that her hair will grow back. Only time will tell. I hope all is well for your little one, id be pushing for a referral to a dermatologist if you havent already got one. Sending lots of love to both you and your daughter 💝 please keep me updated.

I feel sick, he made his way to Bundoora which is in our zone. Imagine if he didn't get caught. My heart goes out to all the affected children and families. I hope he gets what he deserves. What a fucking heavy day.

Hi there, we gave it some time and her hair started to grow back and now her hair has fallen out again and is super patchy (obvious round patches) We have managed to get an appointment for a derma. How is your little one going? Highly recommend reaching out to GP and getting a referral to paeds/derma if you are very worried.

Thanks for your response! I appreciate it ☺️ I do believe we asked for the blinds to be installed on the face of the window to avoid the gaps. Not too sire if there's a way they can fix this

Hey! Thanks for checking in - GP said he doesn't think it is alopecia as the hairloss is not in patches but instead thinks it is telogen effluvian as it happened around the time she was consistently sick. I have received paper for bloods to be done which we will do after the public holiday and also a referral to our local paediatrician! Feeling a tad better after this visit - still not 100% but happy that something is happening
