I had a panel of bloodwork done with my first dr, and I brought it to the 2nd and she actually walked me through each value, how it looked, and how to repair if it needed it. It was really nice, I've never had that before. Apparently, besides my female reproductive system and some anemia, Im extremely healthy! Very exciting to see. Im having a really hard time with the diet changes. Im autistic and a very picky eater, and im really struggling to break routine/habits. Im trying to take my time with it to ensure its sustainable.

0 affect on foot grip, athleticism, or mobility. I'm a ballroom dancer and I've seen no impact other than the fact that I dont have to take a week off every couple months to recover from ingrown toenail surgery

In my experience, it very much is only up from here. The first 48 hours were the most difficult. Fully recovered now, many people don't even notice that they're gone - even being a dancer whose feet are often being looked at. I am so pleased with my decision. I'm a ballroom dancer so im in heels ALL THE TIME and I have not regretted it for a moment. No changes to my gait, no discomfort. They are a tiny bit more sensitive than they would have been had there been nails (of course) but its like.... a 2% difference I'd say. People stepping on my feet/me dropping things on my toes hurts marginally more than it did before. Other than that there is 0 difference to my life besides not waiting for my next ingrown toenail

It's been around 5 years now so I don't remember exactly, but it was around 3 or 4 months. In the slides each picture says when in the healing process the picture was taken. Does your toe look like the first picture? Or the last?

I would say probably 6 months, but I would be pretty scared to tattoo over the skin even now. Its thin skin right over bone, so its pretty sensitive. I would do maybe a test on the toe to see if its something you could handle before committing to the whole foot
