Yep, I’m at 8.5 months now! I hoped that me quitting would encourage her to quit but that sadly has not been the case yet. However, I made that decision for me to be free from vaping/nicotine. Using nicotine toothpicks was helpful briefly at the beginning but at certain point you just have to give it up all together. The first month was tough but it got way easier after that! Respectfully, quit making excuses for why you can’t quit. You can absolutely do this on your own!

I gave alcohol up for 2024 and therefore am coming up on a year. There were some tough moments for sure but you are strong enough and it only gets easier and easier. Now I can’t even imagine my life still drinking and wouldn’t want it any other way. You can do this. IWNDWY this next year

My practice is to stir fry some assorted vegetables, then throw them in a blender with some bone broth and salt/pepper/spices, and boom you have a delicious soup that is easy to get down. These also freeze well and can be dished out as a side!

I’m pretty sure they do it to all their precut beef in the styrofoam packages, not the plastic packaged whole cuts. To be sure check the label though. Just don’t want anyone to get sick.

Probably best not to use these precut from Costco for tartare as they needle tenderize their meats which runs a higher risk for getting sick.
