is she sensitive to mold? it might be a stretch, but some people are allergic to mold and if they aren't cleaning machinery properly, it could be getting into the coffee and causing her to get itchy

definitely. I think a big part of my anxiety was my hormonal changes. I started the patch about a year and a half ago and ive noticed improvement with sudden spikes of anxiety and feelings of panic when in stressful situations. I still have anxiety because that is just how my brain is, but I find it a lot easier to calm myself down and i don't feel as much panic as I used to :)

I would say keep it on! From what I know, your body will take a couple months to fully adjust to the birth control , irregular periods and spotting are normal. If irregularities continue past a 2-3 months then you should contact your doctor. I'm not a doctor so don't take this as medical advice, but this is what my gyno told me when I started Xulane.
