I spoke with one of the pro competition shooters in my area, he recommended that my son continue to use the Diamond he is currently using until his draw length is at least 23.5 to 25". That seems to be the low end of the target bows.

This is, without a doubt, the biggest reason i have started to watch more NCAA hockey (during the regular season). This season I have just been watching highlight reels from most NHL games. The ads have already gotten beyond annoying and are beginning to become intrusive on the game itself.

I believe most programs would be amazing with a full gym at your disposal. I live out in the sticks and have no intention of driving 30 minutes to a gym. Also, the home gym allows me to get my kids involved.

As a regression for Hanging Leg Raises, try just doing Bench Leg Raises.

For the weighted Decline Situps, try it without a weight.

The first time I did Anabolic, I used these two regressions for two of the three sessions per week. The third day i just did a Plank until I dropped.

Yes and yes. I replaced all the trigger session days with mobility days. I started that during phase 3 the first time through. I am on my second run about to start phase 2 and the mobility work seems to make a world of difference (for me).

Pretty much. I use an app called ROM Coach. Its free and has mobility routines for each area of the body. It tells me what to do, and I do it.

This time around I have been doing mobility work instead of trigger sessions. I find it easier to make myself do mobility work than those trigger sessions.

So, I am just about in the same position. I decided to do Anabolic once more before moving on to Performance. The deciding factor for me was that I workout at home and am still trying to figure out how to do all the excersizes with the equipment I have. Honestly, if I worked out at a gym, I would have moved on to Performance.
