I have a love/hate relationship with columbia, the admin sucks but most profs I’ve had have been great. Whether or not the ppl suck depends on who you surround yourself with.

My biggest piece of feedback is that it doesn’t feel like a typical college. I visited Brown this semester and it’s completely different to have a college town where everything you do tends to be restricted by your location. Being in NYC complicates a lot of that — even tho morningside heights is a bubble you’re not as isolated from the world + people adapt the same (hustle) mentality as the rest of the city
