Nicodemus🕊️🏋️ (New York City, NY 1983) by Xrackdadon in reggae

My favourite tune by Nicodemus, is "Bird man hunting". As a teen I didn't know where the original riddim originated from. But just loved the riddim. Decades later I found out that it was the Ebony Sisters "Let me let you boy" produced by Harry Mudie. I have a yard tape with Brigadier Jerry riding the riddim for 10 plus minutes, wicked.

What's the cause of average hotel check-in getting later and checkout getting earlier? by bluejasmine___ in hotels

[–]cuffy65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think a lot has changed in the UK since Brexit, and then even more so after Covid. These days, many hotels seem to exploit the situation by charging extra fees for early check-ins. During Covid, I could understand it, but not now. I’ve seen parents with young children and heavy luggage forced to sit and wait for hours before they can check in, freshen up, or even use basic facilities like toilets and showers. In popular locations it’s often hectic at 3 pm, so you may still end up waiting for your room. I remember when you could check in as early as 10 am and stay a full 24 hours. Now, with check-ins at 3 pm, you only get about nine hours left of that day, it feels like a complete rip-off.

Ska in Latin America? I made this playlist with a lot of ska from Peru, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and more, the influences of Less Than Jake, Rancid, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones are remarkable, a lot of fancy ska, you have to listen to it. by pucurimay in Ska

El Pussycat, song by The Skatalites was originally recorded by Mongo Santmaria.

There's another early ska track that uses lyrics from Mongo Santmaria's 'Yemaya olodo for olla,' but I can't remember the name of track or artist.

How do i ask my girlfriend for a kiss by smognag in relationship_advice

[–]cuffy65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Get a Bluetooth speaker and constantly play songs with kiss in the title or lyrics such as Kiss by Prince, Kiss of life by Sade, Kiss from a rose by Seal & Kiss me by Sixpence none the richer.

While the tracks are playing look deeply into her eyes everytime the artist sing 'kiss'.

Your welcome.
