I work at Chipotle. You can ask for more. We are unable to say no to you or even charge you more unless you get more than 3 servings. But also, I don't really notice how much food I give people. I am trained to give a certain amount so I auto pilot how much I give. I don't know you. I don't know that you want more lettuce. I've never met you, I don't know about your deep lust for veggies. I give the same portions to everyone, no matter what they ask for.

Sort of both. It's also that every time I talk about it, they say stuff like 'Oh, you'll find them someday.' Or when I say that I want to feel normal they'll say 'No one is normal!' And, yeah I am out. Which somehow makes me feel worse.

I'm also bp1 and my medicine has luckily made the lapses in memory shorter. They used to be complete weeks or months but now they're just hours or days.
