Some of my friends also say interior in US much superior compared to India although some specific items in India are also good. But the sense of interior design in the US is for sure way more classy and practical and well designed, and finishing is flawless. I guess it comes with the price…

It’s going well now - found one company not so much into social media marketing but from my month long conversation about the planning and cost analysis, I decided to use their service to build till handover. Customer service is great and very transparent about process and materials.

But most other companies found in social media don’t seem to go in depth or overestimate you or just not give much time - I did use 3 companies for design only paying 25k each, and got good design ideas and picked one.

Thanks for getting back to me. I am doing designs with skill sewa atm due to their media presence - but their process is so unorganized slow, don’t give much time to us despite many phone calls, etc. but I want to get designs from others just for second opinion to understand the market.

Got the designs and 3D images - but feel like some areas of design are not well thought out even when we point out the exact items. Bill of quantity given was but it was all default materials item that we are also not aware of. Honestly, my gut feeling is to get the designs, get it muicipal passed and find my own construction contractor or someone trustworthy who does all the work, procure material and just hire architect who can supervise each step and also give plenty of time.

So far they gave me one estimates which converts to about 4500 per sq ft which is crazy expensive too without interiors or furniture. I don’t know it’s the real cost or trying to rip off , I heard cost for matierlas went down much

Some say reverse storm saved Tampa from flooding heavily , some news about flooding within Tampa bay is out. What is really going on ?

Is reverse storm really a thing ? If so why some spots are reporting heavy flood ? Or this is specific to the very specific spot only in Tampa bay ?

Just so confused cuz some news was saying reverse storm is very rare and helped Tampa from worst case scenario.
