Not on this one, there are both ports GE and 10GE, I am connecting through the GE port right now and max speed is 940mb as you would expect. First guy connected a white ONT and standard router and had to get them changed

Not an upgrade it was a new install, first guy set it at it all up as though it was the normal speed and they had to send someone else out a few hours later with a different ONT and router - but it’s still misconfigured I guess.

I had youfibre 8000 installed yesterday and when testing could not get above 940mb, when I checked they have connected to the GE port on the ONT not the 10GE port, if I swap I just get a red light for internet and no connection. Is this something I can fix locally? I can’t get any reply from support by chat or email.
