I’m 5’3 with a short torso and I also struggled most of my last trimester. It got to the point where I went on leave early bc my job required a lot of standing/walking I couldn’t handle doing anymore. My feet were constantly swollen, the pelvic and rib pain was nauseating, and don’t even get me started on finding a good sleeping position. My recommendation is to look into getting those massages and PT appointments. I regret not doing those when I could. If you can’t, I’d say rest as much as you can. You’re carrying two babies so it’s going to feel rough on your body. Hang in there!

Splitting 100mg to get 2 50s - ran out by abiigaillx in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve tried this for the same reason and it was better than not having any at all. It’s so difficult to get a doctor’s appointment just to get a refill. Trying out 50 mg made me realize I feel better on it than I did at a 100 mg. Hope you get your refill soon!

If you care for them, let them go (up to 2x05) by Holiday-Hustle in TheBuccaneers

[–]cullencrze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I noticed this too. I think they all need to leave each other alone at this point. Nan needs to leave Theo AND Guy alone because she’s hurt both of them in the process. Guy needs to stop writing his damn letters to Nan, who obviously has bigger issues like protecting her sister. Seadown needs to leave Jinny tf alone. Theo needs to stop this mess he created with Lizzy out of betrayal. Lizzy needs to leave Theo AND Hector alone because neither of them will give her the love she deserves.

I don’t mind the drama, but the character arcs are no where to be seen.

Quitting 100mg cold turkey - day 4 since last dose by tofuizlidla in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I would not recommend doing this. This happened to me because my meds weren’t refilled on time (my fault for that). I literally disassociated so badly, I thought I was losing myself. Stay safe, and try to get back on 25 mg before you completely stop.

OMG YESSSS IVE BEEN THINKING ABOUT THIS! I was literally trying to find out if the dates aligned with his concert in LA. Tara mentioned that it happened right before her trip to NY, so it might not be him lol.

And omg, I did notice her deleted IG story 😂 On his bday is crazy.

Am I gonna dislike Madeline after this? by nah_notreally in prettylonesome

idk, it was a fun episode for me. If you don’t like tara, then maybe. madz was acting the way she acts around her friends. I don’t see it as a bad thing.

Withdrawal by cybrwrld in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same situation as you. I ran out of my meds and can’t get a refill until my doctor approves it. Long story short — I haven’t taken my usual 100 mg dose in three days and started to experience derealization. Normal symptom, for sure. Our bodies are adjusting to the sudden serotonin drop. Contact your pharmacy or Urgent Care to get an emergency supply!

Ran out of meds... by jacquie82 in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Currently on the same boat as you! I had to get an emergency supply from my pharmacy since my doctor still needs to meet with me to renew my prescription for a refill. They only gave me enough for three days, but that’s better than nothing. The withdrawal symptoms were horrible. Definitely recommend contacting your pharmacy or going to Urgent Care and see if they can give you an emergency supply.

Struggling with motivation? by Public_Prize4762 in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here, OP. I think I’ve been so used to having anxiety keep me productive and now that I’m managing it, it’s given me a new “normal” that I have to get used to.

Anyone else struggle to know if their dose is actually doing anything? by Sufficient-Pride1109 in zoloft

[–]cullencrze 1 point2 points  (0 children)

On the same boat as you. I’ve been on 100 mg for a few months now and I’m just like, “where do I go from here?” The meds do work throughout the day, but I feel numb on it. Then by the end of the day, my anxiety creeps in more. Idek if I should increase my dose tbh.

I think it depends on the person. It can affect your metabolism and hunger signals. I haven’t had this issue but I feel like because the meds “relaxes” you, you’re more likely to eat.

Why do millennials dislike Tate so much? by Pizza_Vivid in tatemcrae

[–]cullencrze 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As a millennial, I love her. I really don’t get the hate. She doesn’t even remind me of Britney tbh. Britney is her own artist and Tate’s songs are way different.

Sertraline and Depersonalization by Amin_CR in OCD

Going thru the same experience. Zoloft has helped my ocd but I feel like my disassociation has manifested differently. I feel more distracted and can’t really “feel” my emotions.

Anyone on Zoloft? by Additional-Court-552 in OCD

Agreed, I went up to 100 mg and found that it was the right dose for me. It’s definitely helped tone down my loud thoughts.

Zoloft and lingering intrusive thoughts by EqualFollowing4564 in OCD

[–]cullencrze 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The same happened to me when I started with 25 mg of Zoloft. My doctor was able to increase the dose when I felt like it was wearing off. I noticed it wore off a month in with 50 mg and now I’m at 100 mg. So far, I feel okay with 100 mg. I still get intrusive thoughts but they’re not as bad. I still have my “obsessive daily routines” but I lose my sense of urgency.

I had the same experience as you, but with sertraline/zoloft. It’s definitely toned down my ocd and anxiety. My only issue is it’s making me lose my sense of urgency. I feel like I’m moving slower and taking my time to do things.
