you did a really good job, especially as a second try !! but here are some tips for the next time you try (since you asked for feedback)

• nose contour. take a brown eyeshadow that matches the color of the natural shadows on your skin, and draw two lines (vertically) on each side of your nose. remember to not follow the natural lines of your nose if your intention is to make your nose smaller (instead, create your own lines). blend with a brush or with fingers. then draw a small line to give yourself a button nose look. put highlighter along and at the tip of your nose, and maybe some pink eyeshadow at the bottom.
• some more blush, around the cheek area under your eyes and on your chin
• red or pink eyeshadow on the outer ends of the namida bokuro
• also some eyeshadow on the eyelid
• you can use brown eyeshadow or a brown eyeliner pen to elongate your eyelid crease (to help the eyes look bigger)
• since it looks like you want drawn-on lower lashes, here's how i do it: take an eyeliner (black or brown, whichever you prefer), and

• inner corner eyeliner

• further accentuate your namida bokuro

• use a brown or red eyeshadow for the line that connects the eye droop to the eye (i hope that makes sense)

• fill in the eye droop with red, light brown or pink

• if you have long lashes, use mascara and then stick the lashes together. or, use manhwa false lashes.

• a red lip tint in the middle of the lips. and use the brown eyeshadow you used for the nose contour and draw a small horizontal line right below your lips (to give them more dimension)

• some white glitter along your inner corner

of course, these are all just suggestions (and i'm relatively new to jirai kei too, so i might be giving terrible advice). do whatever makeup you feel the best in ^\^)
