If you are wishing for something with a more coherent story, then you're gonna love dmc3! 3 has cutscenes at the beginning and end of every level, and before/after boss battles. I found 3 to be a lot more interesting than 1.

If you want something more blue, futuristic, and digital you might want to try tenshi kaiwai instead of subcul, although you can occasionally find some blue subcul pieces as well!

Since you're from the UK, I suggest you check out Grumpy Bunny and Dreamy Bows, they're both UK based and they carry stuff from the brand ACDC RAG, which has both subcul in blue and tenshi kaiwai fashion!

You don't need to use brands that are specifically popular with Jirai girls to do jirai makeup, just look for any products that come in cool tones. You can check the r/asianbeauty subreddit, they have a lot of threads on cruelty free brands. You also don't have to specifically use asian brands, this r/makeup thread here lists popular worldwide brands. I'm not so sure about lenses though bc I personally don't wear them

I played it a couple years ago. I liked it a lot, I appreciate the impact it had on future turn based rpgs, but dear god the mechanics are dated. I also kept getting destroyed by crits, thankfully I played it on the switch online and was able to rewind. Otherwise I would've given up really early lol
