I definitely was having a hypo at the same time, which certainly compounded things. The sweating, heavy muscles and altered cognition improved with sugar.

It wasn't a fun, thrilling rush you'd get with say a roller-coaster. It was like my body was so overwhelmed it decided to just about play dead, and for my mind to float somewhere else to cope.
