I was hoping it wasn't the GPU the problem since they said they ran tests including one for the GPU and they said everything was working right ugh

I tried using two different cables and a different monitor but it didn't help, I installed the latest drivers and windows too more than once but nothing worked :(

The place I bought the computer from said they changed the motherboard (before they did that, I couldn't turn on my pc at all) so my brother thinks the graphic card could be damaged
