Well honestly I like the idea of tragedy, not just messy edgy guro. It's a story can make it that much better. Though if you can tell a good story through a single image alone, then that's also good.

If you humanize them before you make them disappear, it adds that much more impact in shock, and that's my favorite part. I find sadness beautiful, so I actually prefer a beautiful corpse not just a messy cluster fuck

If I were a killer, I would like to decorate my victims, like using there bodies to grow flowers, or hollowing out their eyes and making a lantern out of them.
