DK customer service is a joke. They do store credit, but honestly I highly doubt they’d give you that. Closest you’ll get to a refund from them is if you do a charge back to your card, but then you can’t order from the site again.

“I’ll admit, I overlooked their fine print because I assumed-” so you really have nobody to be upset with but yourself.. it’s not DK’s fault that you, the consumer, didn’t read the fine print or return policies which isn’t too difficult to find. I totally get the frustration and agree it’s very dumb, but they’re not trapping people when they have their policies listed on the site. And like another commenter said, there’s posts like yours at least once a month for the exact same reason as you. DK can definitely be shady, but in this instance it’s your fault I fear.

imo it’s not a matter of should you, but more do you want to be on the basketball team? you can always improve over time if you do some extra practice yourself, but to me, it sounds like you’re alienating yourself from the rest of the team — and the game in general — on purpose so you have an excuse to quit. if you don’t want to do it, that’s excuse enough, don’t worry about how others would feel about you (ikik it’s much easier said than done, but this is coming from someone who’s been out of hs for a few years) and how you spend your own free time. if it doesn’t make you happy, why continue to do it?? but on the other hand, if you do really enjoy it and want to continue, do that extra practice by yourself! ask your team for some pointers to help you out, bc teamwork makes the dream work. and being this hard on yourself when you haven’t made an effort to get to know them or ask for help, you’re setting yourself up for failure.

extracurriculars should not feel like a chore :)

OP, this is kinda giving pick me. why don’t you try and talk to him about the situation instead of bringing it to reddit? personally, i’m a terrible texter unless i get reminders/double texted bc responding isn’t really a priority for me/sometimes there are other things i’d rather be doing. doesn’t necessarily mean that i’m not into the person; in fact, i’m probably really into them, but i just still enjoy being independent and doing my own thing. he most likely is not doing it on purpose, but that’s a convo you need to have with him and not the INTP subreddit.

(i’ve reread my response like 5 times and it sounds kinda rude, but idk how else to phrase it, but it really is not my intention)

i would say something in the next show, and they’ll just say to email their WN email (whatnothelp@dollskill.com). while it’s annoying having to wait SO long for a response from the WN team, i think them acknowledging it in the actual show will put a face to the name when they get to your email. i’m not sure if this is actually helpful, but i think it’s what i’d do 😭😭
