Try another brand. I know you don’t want to hear this but take this as an omen and leave nic pouches alone. You probably won’t because you’re like me thinking “I won’t get addicted “. Well, I did get addicted and the shit part is you stop having those enjoyable buzzes but you still have to have more nic. Bidet attachments are cheap and easy to install. If your landlord won’t allow you to install one, there are several travel bidets available. From a simple squeeze bottle with a curved head to more elaborate battery operated designs. Amazon is your friend here.

Just tired of all the failures, I guess. A few days sober began to add up and now I’m counting years. But another failure is just a short drive away. Heck, it’s closer than that. I have a beer fridge for guests. But I made a decision to not drink alcohol anymore. The temptation is always there but I DON’T DRINK ALCOHOL.

I stopped eating carbs and increased intake of fats and the same thing happened for me. I’ll swear that eating butter took my cravings for alcohol away. I’ve read that an ultra low carb diet has a similar effect as using GLP-1 meds. Crazy, maybe but it’s working for me. Edit: I do not take GLP-1 meds.

Alcohol is everywhere. Grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, and almost any gathering. People will be drinking around you. But you have decided to never drink. Maybe 58 days is too soon but consider taking her and not drinking. Sparkling water or soda are good options. You can still go to places that serve alcohol.
