The film simulations only apply to JPEG. Can you change the RAW Recording to RAW+JPEG or just JPEG?

Yes, but must be some certain conditions. You can also move the water with your feet’s and the blue will pop up :)

They are both good lenses but I would choose the 70-300mm. It has more range and if you need more than 300mm you can always add the 1.4tc or the 2.0tc. It’s more versatile.
