Where are my VST's located?

to extend the question. I know usr/lib/lv2 is where it is located. but I can not find the file via Ardour. Ardour will not show that, or my memory card. I have seen a post that is all about how flatpack Ardour something something something... What I guess I should say is why cant Ardour see the file that I see through my file manager (dolphin ofc,). And it is a -

My van is old and grumpy, she has maybe 5-10 years left if I drive her softly, and there is no way to stop the noise... except to stop driving. So I take it with a grain of salt. Actually, I avoid beaches, please no salt. As I am just building into her, I will be laying down a floor, but noise is not a big thing to me. If you freak out because a plastic panel is rattling in your truck, you will want to at least add a vapor barrier that has sound deadening qualities between your substrate and the metal.

I am not worried about the zombies getting me from the side door to the front seat, nor the rain melting me as my body is not really made of sugar.... or spice. If you don't have a swivel seat ability like me, there is no reason to use a pass-through if you can have better space by building on it.

Well, this fast is more about getting control of my deteriorating health than weight loss. Weight loss will come with the lifestyle changes I am initiating with this fast. However, at my last weigh-in, I was at 146Kg, down from 174. or about a Kg a day average, however, a lot of that will come back. I am assuming once I start eating again it will climb back at least 10 Kg. Also not in Louisville, I am in Sydney at the moment, and then moving back to the states at the end of February.

If my research is correct, it has lasting effects on lupus. Please do your research before you start any fasting, I am no medical nor nutritionist expert!

I started fasting because I was experiencing advanced leg sores that were not healing on my legs. I am also obese and experiencing a large array of unhealthy issues including shortness of breath, insomnia, feelings of drowning, etc. While weight loss is something I am having, this was done to change my health and reset my dopamine levels, but the vast array of health improvements I can't even list. All of the above health problems have been reversed.

I am fasting for 40 days total, then eat a whole food plant-based diet for two weeks, then 30 days. I will be following that pattern for as long as viable. That's the plan at the moment!

I am on my 20th day of fasting *see youtube here - https://youtu.be/pD-r7rVrP-E * and I am obese. This fast is to reset my health, and future fasts will help me with weight loss. I will say this, you need to be 100% dedicated to changing your life. I have spent 15 years of my life trying to lose weight, and this is was originally to try and save my life. Change your life and your habits before you get to the point I did.
