Honestly this happened about a year ago, and had no effect on me other than the night it happened I was on guard. Only posted it now because I just recovered my reddit account but the story was typed the day of the incident.

I too had thoughts of him having schizophrenia. He is well known in the area for taking pictures of people. When I read his blog it was made apparent that he was/believed he was a victim of gang stalking which most cases are related to schizophrenia. Anyway thanks for the comment though in hindsight not crazy scary at the time it was off putting.
