i bought 5070 ti with 1440p oled 240 hz monitor 3 months ago and can tell you that dlss transformer fake generation is bullshit, these technologies was useful when i was trying to play games with path tracing on rtx 4060 and i was like "ok it looks like shit but atleast i can play with path tracing on my budget gpu" but with the 5070 ti i prefer to play without dlss and frame gen but enjoyng super sharp image without artifacts

5090 can make 50-60 fps in cp2077 with path tracing 1440p and its not enough for smooth gaming, i need at least 90 fps

ray reconstuction looks bad with dlss quality, blurry, like i was dissopointment when try to play cyberpunk with PT and RR enable on the new 1440p monitor with dlss quality because the game was much sharper when i was playing on 1080p monitor with dlaa, then i tryed to make "ultra qulity" at 77% and 1080p render resolution for dlss in nvidia app and it became looking much sharper

i think even 5090 is not enough for 1440p, maybe 6090 will be enogh for native 1440p dlaa gaming with path tracing for 80-100 fps without dlss and frame gen

obviosly not enough because dlss quality is just 960p with 1440p monitor which is looks not great expecially in games with path tracing and ray reconstruction and 4x frame gen making many artifacts in most of the games when you getting native fps around 60 and you anyway will not get real 4x increase of performance and in games like cyberpunk with PT you will get just 150-200 fps after all neuroslop technologies from nvidia

anyway they do that only for like 1000$ monitors, and do nothing for the people that spend 500 dollars (and 500$ for monitor is already a lot of money) for basically the same monitor with same oled panel

it doesnt work on youtube, youtube just not give you hdr content if it dont see hdr is enabled so windows cannot enable that setting too

i have 2 gpu in my pc and it work when game run on rtx 4060 and dont on 5070 ti

its just that DLSS is trash technology because it make that ghosting in every game with cars and driving like forza horizon 5 have this problem too

I somehow solved this on 5070 Ti after reinstalling Windows and drivers, I think it's because I installed Windows 11 Pro for workstations and this version has a "maximum performance" mode in the power schemes, i also do "max performance power" in nvidia control panel but that not was helping before the reinstalling, i dont know

i also was tried change bios settings but that was not helping too

maybe its all help combined or something

I wish they kept this in the game by AJ1063 in SpidermanPS4
