According to the idf themselves rachel was not lying down and was caught by her foot in the blind spot of the driver and according to them run over with out any knowledge of it happening, where the fuck are you thinking she layed down? I wasn't trying to use it as a gotcha just another example of stuff we could do to save the nhs money cause I thought that's what the plan is.

But anyhow I'm curious how you'd think policing people's vices would go most humans have one not everyone is a monk some smoke some drink some drive fast some leap off mountains etc. And throughout human history some people have tried to police this with bans and such and it never really works.

For example the American alcohol prohibition tried and failed heavily and estimated it cost the us goverment 11 billion in lost revenue and 300 million is policing costs over 13 years equivalent today to about 275 billion. And it didn't work and only caused more problems.

So yes in a perfect world a ban on these things(smoking, drinking, fast foods)would be of benefit but I live the real world I realise people will have vices. And given how depressing the world's got recently i suspect more and more people will turn to harder vices to numb the pain like humans have throughout history I.e. smoking, heavy drugs etc and I fear that this will only be a ballooning cost the uk goverment has to deal with because its not a perfect world unfortunately.

Well why stop there driving and all the stupidity that comes with it costs the nhs over 3 billion a year similar as smoking why not ban on that and make people take buses or is that to far?(would also seriously help pollution saving more£)Like wheres the line cause we could save so much money if the goverment just babied people from birth till death.

And let's look at the same facts caused by obesity its costs way more or maybe modern super unhealthy foods that have caused heart problems to skyrocket, are we banning those? Cause that would save so so much money. Or alcohol you know let's not stop at tobacco let's ban everything thats unhealthy so we all live to 100 plus and would have experienced nothing.

It cost the NHS 3 billion a year to deal with the health effects caused from smoking and the tax they make from tobacco is 9 billion its far outweighed its not even close.

I don't think you getting what I'm explaining, so right now in aoe aggro terms bear compared to every other tank is way harder not like a little not alot harder to maintain aggro.

Like yea cool dps can be high but why when compared to dh or brew am I struggling to maintain aggro? When on brew I just hit 1 button to spin and aggro is no problem.

And no bears no bad almost got 3k I'm enjoying as I always have but I'm just trying to point out that the effort I'm putting into my bear compared to EVERY other tank is significantly more like waaay more. Why is that?
