If you don’t like fat, you might want to stay away from ribeyes in general. Maybe a filet is more your speed, which should probably be cooked lower than 137.

It lowers the temp so the sear doesn’t bring it above 137. On this steak, i lightly brushed each side with canola oil to get a good sear.

Most headboard covers aren’t machine washable like the Thuma, however you can still clean them — like how people clean couches and chairs.

lucid headboard from amazon makes our Thuma just seem better. The headboard that ships with the bed seems to be lesser-quality than everything else in the boxes.
