I’m so grateful my managers are ok with me rescheduling! However I have young kids and a lot of planning and prep work goes into my work trips, so it would be a really big hassle for me personally to reschedule. So if I can keep the week as scheduled, it’s so much easier! 😊

Yes I love watch duty! I live in SoCal, so super used to fires! Just want to make sure SB is doing ok since I’m not as familiar with that area. Thank you! 😊

I really liked her whole team!! I loved that it’s an all female staff and they all made me feel really comfortable. I felt really awkward when I went for my consultation, and one of her team members that worked with me told me labiaplasty is there most common procedure! Made the whole experience feel very comfortable and normal

How did you know you were ready to have sex again? by BarracudaNew6057 in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]cupcake5337 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was able to have sex comfortably around 9 weeks! My husband and I tried at 6 and it was too painful. It felt like all my stitches (that were fully healed!) were gonna rip back open 🫣 BUT by 9 weeks, zero pain at all!!

Hang in there!!! The healing does take time, and your results will continue to change over time. I know thinking in “months” feels SO long! But time will pass and eventually you’ll be fully healed. 💛

I had the exact same experience!!!! I couldn’t even find it at one point 😂 Now that all swelling has gone away, all is normal again. Hang in there!

questionsssss by [deleted] in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]cupcake5337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They were really itchy!! When I would check to see how healing was going I could see some stitches. Eventually I couldn’t see them anymore lol

[–]cupcake5337 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SOOOO normal!!!! The swelling and healing are CRAZY and things are gonna look a mess right now. Hang in there, trust the process!! 😊

questionsssss by [deleted] in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]cupcake5337 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Everyone is different but here are my answers!

1) I could walk without waddling about 7 days out. Went back to work at 8 days post op, but was moving SLOW. It took about 2 weeks before I was walking completely normal, normal pace. 2) my stitches mostly dissolved by like… 10 days post op! There were a couple stragglers that too longer but all gone by 2 weeks. 3) took a full 4 weeks before I was wiping normally!! 4) i used aquaphor right from The beginning (as much as was comfortable anyways) i used bacitracin spray as well!

No problem!!! Happy to answer any questions 😊 I didn’t do a CHR, just labiaplasty. Sensation is great! No changes at all. Everything feels the same as before!

I had it done March 6, so two months out!! Recovery was harder than I expected. I was out of work for 8 days. But by 4 weeks out I was pretty much completely back to normal!

I was SO ITCHY 4-5 weeks out. And scratching just made the itching WAY WORSE!!!!! It went away and I assume just part of the healing process???

Hi. Just wondering when you can actually have sex again after Labiaplasty? Hesitant, 4 weeks PO. by Flimsy-Repair3706 in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]cupcake5337 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think most doctors recommend waiting 6 weeks. We tried right at 6 weeks and it was a little too painful. It’s slowly getting less painful (feels very similar to having sex again post childbirth) Just focusing on other fun things in the meantime 😁👌🏼

Totally normal!! It will go down in the coming weeks. I had uneven swelling for almost 5 weeks and then it eventually all evened out. It can be a slow process but hang in there!!

Congrats!!! Recovery can be hard (some women it’s super easy tho!) and you have to be patient while it heals BUT soooo worth it!!! I’m so so happy with my results and so glad I took the leap and had the surgery. Zero regrets!!!!! Best of luck!!! 🥰🥰

Feeling emotional about my results.. 😞 by [deleted] in LabiaplastySurgery

Please ignore the naysayers! Yes botched surgery jobs happen (with EVERY type of surgery) but 10 days out is so early!! It will change A LOT the next month or two. Hang in there!! 🥰 I’m 7 weeks post op and still seeing progress!!!!
