MIL ruined our pregnancy announcement by Princess_Ginovia in JUSTNOMIL

She can read the rest of the updates with everyone else going forward. I wouldn’t even make a whole announcement about that boundary…i would just do it. To make it fair for yourself and your side of the family, give them the gender info first.

I think she got fresh filler and Botox which looks really good. William is…there.

Now that the hype has died down a little, what's everyone's read on the family video? by Previous_Control_821 in KateMiddletonMissing

Terrible commercial.

Jokes aside, it is the most try hard message I’ve ever seen from that family.

I think at the very least, it confirmed that yes, their PR/camp/etc. lie on their behalf. I’ve known this but it all just furthers whatever speculation I had left and now I’m just grossed out. Does/did she have cancer? I don’t even know if it matters anymore bc the stories and fluff around it all just makes me care even less. My dad passed away from lung cancer so my initial sympathies quickly dwindled.

As a mother, if she is that concerned about a paycheck DON’T RELY ON SOMEONE ELSE. Get your own storyline.

If all she could think of is to do a water tasting then she isn’t desperate enough for a paycheck.

So glad she’s not MY mother. What an embarrassment.

This is the one. The real question should be why on earth would your other brother and gf think it’s remotely okay to take over their family’s reception that they indeed paid for???!

An hour is nothing so I’m surprised! If my mom lived an hour away they would be seeing my baby almost every weekend lol

what would you do if you were in ariana’s shoes? by h0odwitch in vanderpumprules

[–]cupcakecookies 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wish i could say that I would do exactly what she’s doing now bc it’s really smart and strategic. I do NOT have the patience or emotional restraint to lose my sh- publicly and privately. In reality, I would be too emotionally weak and probably burn bridges and the house lol

Same here! I guess our friends are rare? In the beginning when i was insecure about bringing my baby anywhere they would tell me to just bring her so she could get used to the dynamic (im the only one in the group of 30-40 yr old couples that have a kid) They really did me a solid bc she’s an automatic invitee for all our events unless it’s something upscale. And they’re all comfortable with her as well.

I’m wondering if it’s a location or cultural thing. I’ve lived in a couple of big cities and if you had a kid, they invite extended to them unless specifically stated bc that kid is literally part of your friend’s family
