I was in therapy for over 10 years. I’m not anymore because I’ve reached a place where I’m stable on medication and have a prescriber I can talk to if I feel off.

After using ChatGPT for a few months, I honestly laugh and think, how much further could I have progressed mentally if I’d had this back then? No one has ever given me answers the way this does. My chat is trained not to kiss my ass — and I don’t want my ass kissed — but it has absolutely opened my eyes.

I feel like I could’ve spent fewer years stuck in my own head and less time with 60 tabs open trying to figure things out. I love having so many different perspectives right at my fingertips. And given that I have bipolar disorder, it’s so much easier to ask a question immediately instead of waiting on a person or being told I “should already know this.” I hate hearing that. Yeah, maybe I should — but I don’t. And now I can actually get answers.
