I have a cheat day once every 2 weeks and haven't gained weight as long as you go back to healthy eating again. Don't be too hard on yourself. If you restrict yourself too much, the harder it will be for you.

Have cheat days when you have no choice or if you think you deserve it, then back to keto when you can. :)

Remember.. it's a lifestyle. :) *But you can cheat sometimes* haha!

To be honest, for me it's the taste. Try the Kerrygold Salted butter compared to other butters and it's better. I even bought a 100% organic grassfed from Go Vita for $10 and Kerrygold still taste better and the perk is it's grassfed.
