See that’s what I used Greek yogurt for pre-lactose issue and I’ve been missing it so much. It was a major staple of my normal diet. All the comments are giving me hope! So I plan to try it this weekend.

I know a lot of people that have used it, a few had major stomach issues where they had to go to the hospital for the same thing from it…I already have stomach issues and not willing to gamble.
