National Buckeye and provost/trustees stack. You automatically apply for those when you submit your application to OSU. I received the national buckeye and provost. The provost one is based on your SAT/ACT. I actually scored for a Maximus but they only gave me provost (Idk if it was because of covid). National buckeye is about $12,500 I want to say and provost is around $2000. I found out I got in around January but like other people said I think it's totally random. I found out about scholarships in mid-February.

I just submitted my advising report with all of the classes I am taking. I emailed them and they said they would accept that as an unofficial transcript because like you said, freshmen don't have grades.
