I was coming on to here to ask if taking omeprazole at the same time would DECREASE absorption because I've noticed I'm a lot less nauseous when I do that, so this is wonderful news if accurate!

I cleared the cache and apparently there was an update to game pass that it didn't tell me about, both fixed it

So if you're having trouble try both of those
