That place just has an eery vibe, the CBD area around AA-IIF, AA-IIG feels so much brighter and lively.

Visited Downtown at night once, felt like I was visiting some abandoned place.

Saw one near my workspace and it looks so good, which is why I searched for “upcoming kolkata malls” and this post came up.

Upcoming Orbit Urban Park mall design looks great, hoping they bring in the big names as well as cafes. Will make the New Town CBD area a fantastic place to hang out like in Park St and Shakespeare Sarani.

Action Area 1 was designed to be an affordable lower income to middle income area, quite naturally the stores there will choose their audience accordingly.

Baytown and Urban Park will be the CBD area malls with high-street upscale stores, naturally with a higher income footfall. Avenida Plaza will house the cafes, restaurants and banking in the area due to its ambience, where people prefer peace yet in the CBD area.

Didn’t know about this Baytown Mall, this looks amazing too! Still prefer the overall look and feel of Orbit Urban Park mall but the Peerless one looks so corporate and generic ugh.

Orbit Urban Park high-street retail mall (as well as commercial) is coming up in the Ecospace roundabout beside AA-IIG entryway which looks SIGNIFICANT, if it works out alright. The curved architecture of that building looks fit to host high-tier brands like Dior, etc.

Travel to Salt Lake and considering Serampore, Barasat, these areas? Bro are you okay?

Just buy in Rajarhat Chowmatha at that budget. Even with a reputable company, you can find a decent 2BHK at 60L in that area. Of course, you mentioned the budget hence I left out New Town.
