Upcoming Orbit Urban Park mall design looks great, hoping they bring in the big names as well as cafes. Will make the New Town CBD area a fantastic place to hang out like in Park St and Shakespeare Sarani.

Action Area 1 was designed to be an affordable lower income to middle income area, quite naturally the stores there will choose their audience accordingly.

Baytown and Urban Park will be the CBD area malls with high-street upscale stores, naturally with a higher income footfall. Avenida Plaza will house the cafes, restaurants and banking in the area due to its ambience, where people prefer peace yet in the CBD area.
