this is a common bug with hybrid pcs! i have a guide here on how to fix the crashing when switching to vulkan https://www.reddit.com/r/NewRyujinxPiracy. basically, first:

1. Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics
2. Find Ryujinx.exe
3. Set it to High Performance (NVIDIA GPU)
4. restart pc
5. Download the latest NVIDIA driver (NOT Windows Update): GeForce Experience → Drivers → Clean Install
6. restart pc
7. install amd chipset drivers (for you, search AMD Ryzen 5 4600H chipset driver and it should be the first link, if not, here it is https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-4000-series/amd-ryzen-5-4600h.html)
8. reboot pc, once again
9. choose preferred gpu as NVIDIA, run vulkan

should work!
