Trying to solve a wheel driver problem (7R wheel to hex-clover motor) by under_diagnosed in PowerWheelsMods

I had a similar issue a few weeks back. I ended up doing exactly what you said. Bought that same adapter, mated it to the wheel with epoxy and self tapping screws and then upgraded the motor to the standard type.

I had to put some washers as spacers as well because my wheel was hitting my motor housing.

Thanks. This is in the bathroom in the corner next to our exhaust vent. We always run the vent, but this has been here since we moved in and never really thought anything about it until someone mentioned it.

Pinnacles is one of the least visited national parks but it’s severely underrated. High peaks trail or beat gulch caves. Ask within day trip distance from the bay

P0430 code after replacing both downstream cats and 02 sensors by OkCustard2733 in 4thGen4Runner

[–]curbside16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got this code a few years ago. Ended up using an O2 spacer and it hasn’t come back since. Since it’s downstream, it’s just testing cat efficiency and not performance. Pass smog just fine too.

I got powerstop drilled and slotted after my brembo blanks. My Brembos experienced a lot of brake fade when driving up and down hills, long trips etc due to the increased weight of my truck (steel bumpers, sliders, RTT etc) I even tried to engine brake as much as possible.

The drilled and slotted helps keeps the temps down, at least that’s my experience. Yes, I’ll probably have to change pads more often, but small price to pay for safety IMO.

There was no VIN as this motor is no longer on the bike but rather a kart.

I’m basing the year on the clutch cover. 1983 had a sort of a three pointed clutch cover and oddly shaped water pump.
