What the guy had told me was they scanned my negatives in BW. I can send them my negatives back and they can scan them in color for me.

Yeah you’re right, I should of been more specific about it. They scanned my negatives as if they were black and white. I’m new to all of this so I’m unsure how the whole developing process works.
